About the Role
As a Telecaller & CRM Operator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and patients. Your role will focus on creating a smooth and positive experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups through CRM
- Maintain accurate patient and call records
- Coordinate between departments for seamless patient experience
- Support marketing and outreach activities when required
Who You Are
- Excellent verbal communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English
- Pleasant and confident phone etiquette
- Basic computer knowledge & familiarity with CRM systems
- Previous experience in healthcare or telecalling is a plus
- Friendly, organized, and people-focused personality
(Freshers welcome – training provided)
